Homework

Homework Intent

Homework in Art is not just an extension of learning outside the classroom, it has been structured in a way that broadens our students’ knowledge of Art History, tests their ability to analyse their own work and the work of others, but also challenges them to develop their practical skills. The work has been set out in projects for each term so that students can spend a focused amount of time on a given theme which links to their overall project for the year. They will be given several smaller tasks as part of each project which will come together into one big piece of work each half term.
