Student Individual Impact Plans (IIP)

Each student has an Individual Impact Plan (IIP) and you will be required to attend meetings with an allocated member of the sixth form team. There is an expectation that you attend these meetings, failure to do so could incur serious consequences. Each student is on a specific tier of intervention: 1, 2, 3 or 4. There is flexibility to move between the different tiers of intervention and this will depend on your attendance, progress, attitude to learning and behaviour and conduct whilst studying in the sixth form. These meetings are designed to be supportive and to ensure that you achieve your full potential at Aylesford School.
