This week, Mr. Edwards’ Year 11 Hospitality & Catering students had the incredible opportunity to hear from the Deputy Manager of The Cumberland Hotel, part of the prestigious London hotel chain. The session was full of valuable insights just ahead of the Year 11 afternoon exam. The students truly rose to the occasion showing great character, asking thoughtful questions and showing genuine interest throughout. 👏
